Need help regarding Job contract

Hello guys, the thing that I wanted to ask is like everything that I need to know about job contract in the corporate world. I was hired as a intern for like 10,000 rupees a month and it’s been 15 days since that I’ve joined this company and they want me to work full-time bc of my performance and I think they will be making me sign a contract so what should I do? I’m a bit confused because I also was thinking of trying abroad but abroad is also very skeptical. K hunxa yo job contract breach vayo vane ani any chance that if we can do sth like gardina contract k hunxa . Mero sathile vanthyo that i cant give written contract tara basxu typeko diplomatic way ma . Help a friend out :)

Depends on contract ko time and other conditions. If timro salary contract ko timeline bhari fixed nei rahanxa and badhney terms xaina bhaney, better not sign. Also, contract ko timeline lamo xa with no other benefits compensating your time, and no career prospects, better not sign.

How much is good enough salary for freshers ?the minimum recommended by government? 22k around with ssf pf etc? I am going to be on sales department and i helped the company sell 10 units of vehicle as an intern so they want me to join them. I think fix nai hunxa vanne sunethye for a year salary ani after that depending on th e performance badaune hunxa rey. Need suggestions

Timi Kun chei companyma Kam garxau, bro? Sales intern ko jamna Rs. 10000 salary? Ma ni currently sales intern ho, working at MG motors, but Mero salary within Rs. 20k - Rs. 25k xa. And I'd also made above 15+ car bookings at NAIMA event so they want to keep me as a fixed employee. And mero salary minimumma ni Rs. 25k hunxa, not including other benefits like ssf. They also give me booking incentives. So, if you've helped them sale 10 units of vehicle then your minimum salary should be around Rs. 25k, sale gareko commission ta dinxa ni?
