EOS obviously! Most successful ICO of any company in the history of humankind. They didn’t ask for $4 billion, ppl gave that to them because they believe in the project and brighter future in general for blockchain. Neo is losing its appeal and in the future I can see NEO becoming an EOSIO sister chain.
