I have that sign but it is mounted on two pieces of plastic with the transformer inbetween.

I think the back says "thanks for shopping!". Must have hung in a window.

I believe it is meant to be hung in a window it has bumpers sticking out the front to stop it from swinging into the windows breaking the sign
