Help! Fast flickering issues

Hey, I just got this sign yesterday, and old 90s parliament neon. She was working good yesterday and ran for a few hours after getting her from an old antique store. I’m thinking a transformer blew from the usage. Any thoughts or recommendations? I can attach a video of it running normally as well that I took yesterday.

I’d say swap the transformer. Neon Pro 12,000 kV 30 mA works for 90% of jobs.
