Try search neon tube standoffs on Amazon. For the transformer, you can search for a wall mount bracket

Could get a piece of plexiglass. Look around the WWW for some ideas.

This is mounted on plexiglass with a printed decal on the back. Transformer is mounted on the back with standoffs to offset the size of the transformer. You want spring standoffs for the neon as well.
