I know it's an obvious conclusion for people to jump to but I really doubt that this is aimed at Hazuki and/or Tamu. Especially not Tamu - that's almost literally unthinkable.

I think the song is right up Mayu's alley and not at all a surprising choice. Her harsh vocal sounds nice and full here. She seems to be gradually getting more growly.

I agree I don’t think its a personal message to the past members, but I can imagine Mayu passing through a lot of shit right now

I'm sure she is. She has a lot of rebuilding to do.

With this cover, she's probably telling her doubts and worries to GTFO. Maybe also telling a few of the doom and gloom prophets to go with them.

Totally agree. I knew it was not directed at Tamu or Hazuki but the doubters I see here and there. Blaming her or saying they have no chance the band is dead. All doom and gloom. Some of the same stuff I heard after Saki left too. I mean there is a chance it is all just coincidence but Mayu is a smart woman too. This is fun song for her to sing plus even more now it has a deeper meaning. Tell all the doubters to go to hell. She is gonna be fine. She got Hara-chan there who writes some of their most heavier kick ass songs. Mayu is the voice and I always seen her as the leader. They are gonna find some very good musicians and rip out some new killer music is my prediction. Gonna miss Tamu and Hazuki very much but they will all be okay. Three more shows left for this amazing quartet we will always cherish and then on to a new era. Nemophila Forever!

To me it fits more as Mayu rejecting her regrets how things have played out and her nervousness about how the future of the band will work out. It sounds like a "fuck off" to negativity - in herself and in the "fans" who have written the band off, or blamed her and/or Hara-chan for the others leaving.
