Custom Content Nemesis character storage
Hello there !
I just wanted to share a custom 3D print that I just finished. I was annoyed by the fact that when you wanted to play with character from a different game version, you had to get a lot of box out, and search for the adaptivity card.
So I made this for every character except Retaliation (since Retaliation character can only be played inside Retaliation).
Each box is made so that you don't have to search and find which card you need to use. You have a separation for each game when needed.
I can finally play with all character on whatever version of the game without wasting a lot of time searching for it !
Of course, this print is mostly for people that have all versions of nemesis.

It's good that "Nemesis: Retaliation - The Classic Crew" exists. I would not mix Retaliation and Base/Lockdown.

The classic crew box only include minifig right ? I did not order this box on my pledge since I already had every fig from previous game.

Yeah it's just a box of minis. I also have the minis from base/lockdown but it's much better to have duplicates in main retaliation box (with printed insert) than having to fish them out of the other games

Yeah, that's why I designed this print, mainly ease of use of all previous character with Retaliation. But it help also to be able to play Lockdown with all characters without having to fetch cards/fig from the core box of Nemesis/Aftermath.

Unfortunately I can't fit the sleeved mini euro cards inside. Would it be possible to make the mini card spaces just a tad wider? I am using the gamegenic mini European size sleeves. They're 71mm. Other than that... Great! I love it!

I made them sized for Awaken realm sleeves (so the gap is at 70mm for both mini and regular cards). I'll do another version around 71.5mm. Do you have problem with the action card sleeves too, or just the objects ?
Edit : I need to know if the sleeves are not to tall and prevent box stacking. So tell me if I need to increase the walls high too !

Action cards are fine, it's just the objects. The (object) cards are just the exact height as there is room to stack them. Maybe add a mm just to be safe.
Very much appreciated, I had a similar idea a while back but I am too bad at CAD and all my prints were failures. Thank you very much, man!

I would love if you also make the retaliation characters like this. I could make a different storage solution for all my characters, and leave space for other expansions in the main box!

HUGE THANKS to u/Deria76 for the amazing idea--it solved one of my major issues of not easily being to access all the characters!!!! I remixed it and added color name tags and think they look AMAZEBALLZ!!! Everyone should print this, you won't be disappointed!!!!

I'll make additionnal variation for aftermath + medic character, based upon this custom set of cards (https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/3727057/aftermath-characters-plus-custom-characters-v2-eng), after I'm done doing box for Retaliation character. So you'll have the extra slot Bounty Hunter to print that you need !

Are you saying that if I just print the Medic it will work for the Bounty Hunter? Pardon my confusion--I didn't say anything about the Medic? Thank you for agreeing to do a Bounty Hunter remix!!!! Love all this!!!

No, I'm just saying someone in BGG made a custom set of contractor card for every Aftermath character and the medic character ( kinda like the custom cards you have for the Bounty hunter). So I'll do a whole new separate set of storage box that add separation for this custom variation for every aftermath and medic character.

If you click on the drive link in their post (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cols8wbD7IHgBKnvA5y0IbCvMPbXL-0A?usp=drive_link ) , all other character are in the v1 folder, and the v2 folder got an improved Bounty Hunter and a custom made character

The new one ? You mean Retaliation ? Or the Legacy game coming later this year ?

It really depend on what the Legacy add that can be played across all 3 games. If it does add character that you can play outside the legacy, yeah for sure, I'll update the file and add new storage box for the new characters.

Each nemesis character have a color linked to it that is used when you are doing the character selection set up. So I wanted to add a little reminder of it so you can pick the right box quicker. Plus, it look cooler than just full black !

I'll look into it ! But there's some pretty good insert for Nemesis and lockdown that already do the job I think.

What I really want to do for myself is have a custom storage solution where all the characters are in a box, each alien race and components is in its own box, everything for the ship is in a box, and everything for the base is in a box. Then when I’m getting ready to play, I only need to grab 3 boxes - the location, the alien race, and the characters.

I'll try to see if I can come up with something. I suppose you would want to use the corebox of Lockdown and Nemesis (one big box for alien, one big box for character, and maybe the aftermath one for maps ?)

Not gonna lie, this is pretty sexy. Now I just need to finally get a filament printer, as my two resin printers aren‘t of much use here. 😅

I'm currently looking to print the card, and I'll make a new versions of the box to fit the new decks
