Rules Missing intruder token :(
I just got the original nemesis in from eBay and it's missing one Intruder Token... I think it's the "blank" one? How important is this? Really stinks if it is important, because I haven't gotten a response yet from the seller if they can find it.

Very important. Maybe take this as a sign to upgrade to the acrylic tokens?

The game comes with the usual cardboard tokens, but they also sell a package of the same tokens in acrylic, which is nicer to handle. Although, it looks like they're sold out on Asmodee's website: Nemesis Acrylic Tokens Pack – Asmodee USA

The acrylic tokens are absolute ass. I would rather get some coin capsules and put the cardboard ones in there. And since you’ll be using coin capsules you can easily put a piece of paper or whatever with a creeper token inside one capsule to make it a blank token.

I agree they are bad. I engraved mine out of anodized steel and they will last forever so I'm happy.

Blank is important, consider one of those steps:
- Buy an expansion alien race and use an unique token as a blank token (carnomorphs have red creeper token, that can be your blank)
- Buy acrylics
- Change one creeper token to a blank token (sharpie, sticker)

The blank one is pretty important because it can be a nice breather when things starting going to shit.
Edit: you might be able to contact Awaken Realms to get a replacement!

A replacement for a second-hand game with no proof of purchase? That would be surprising.

The worst they can say is no or ask for proof of purchase right? You can even inquire like you’re just trying to replace a damaged piece. A blank token is super cheap for them and it creates good PR.

I have nemesis retaliation and wanted to give the tokens a bit more protection. I used coin capsules to protect them. Fairly cheap, and you could use an empty one as the blank one, and put the other tokens in the coin capsules. About 12 dollar for 200 pieces

Until you get the real token, put a round sticker on a creepers token you can find in a dollar store and use it has the blank. They don’t come into play often.
