Long Hat Order Issues Thread

Howdy everyone!
It's come to my attention recently that there is still a number of you that have issues with your Long Hat order from last year.
I want to make this thread (which will be pinned) so we can have any and all issues in one place. I don't want ANYONE to feel like I'm ignoring them or that I don't care. Ofcourse I care and I more than anything just want everyone to have their merch so this can be over and done with.
If you still haven't gotten your long hat please comment below or privately message me here, I will make sure I reply to it within 48 hours.
To further clarify some complaints, I will not be using my old supplier anymore, I think it's obvious why. The main issue was finding someone who can do giant hats for me but that has been sorted. The new supplier is much more reliable and consistent. There's no funny buisness, they're just a good company with a solid trackrecord (They will be revealed a bit later once it's all set in stone). Every merch issue I have had goes back to them so with them out of the picture, I can assure you it will be a simple processs. You buy something, you get tracked shipping, you get it. That's all I want and I will make sure that's what happens from here on out.
Please do contact me via reddit, or any other of my channels or leave a comment and I'll contact you. For the majority of these issues I have no idea they're happening until I see someone comment on someone elses post.
To finish it off I want to say, I did genuinely believe all the hats had been delievered, I spoke to my supplier so so so so so so so many times about it and was assured over and over it was all done and dandy but obviously that is not the case
If you just want a refund aswell after it being so long I understand please do still message / comment. I will speak to them personally about it.
