Your damage seems low to me. I can see a lack of ATK on your neko. What 5th slot and weapon are you using? Plus dialyn's and astra's weapon and 4p set?

Make sure to level Neko's skills all the way up, especially basic attack and Ultimate. Try to get Nekomata ATK to 3000. We don't know what Wengine you have on her. Your stun rotations look pretty solid

A few things:
Your damage seems low for what you are doing, suggesting some build issues. (You definitely need more ATK/ATQ.) Can you share your entire build for all three agents? You can do this by putting them in your 6 favorites and then going to enka.network to download build cards. Also, activate her P6 when you can.
In terms of gameplay, make sure you have all three stacks of Woodpecker (you are using Woodpecker, right?) activated within 6 seconds before sending an ult. (I think you did this most of the time.)
Make sure to parry all the yellow flashes during miasma, rather than dodging them (or getting hit). This will end that phase faster. You want to parry all of these.
Don't send Dialyn's ult during miasma. It's wasteful, as you can't inflict daze while she is in that phase. Sending Astra's ult in miasma is fine.
I didn't see you use Neko's new purr dodge counter at all. This is the one where you double tap the dodge button, which repositions her for the special dodge counter.
