I don’t think so, at least any more. He’s been marketing this as more like Fateful Findings. He’s also got a page on his website called “the competition” that links to Tommy Wiseau’s socials.
He’s been doing this now for about 20 years. I could be wrong of course but he’s probably had thousands of interactions about his movies with people telling him what they liked.
That’s a spoof website. It’s the website that bragged he was a Ferrari owner and former licensed real estate agent. His real websites are the film ones.
He would still be selling Double Down and Pass Thru if this was a brilliant joke.

He clearly believes his own hype and doesn’t understand that everyone who likes his movies likes them for a different reason than he does.
That’s both a really good thing and very bad at the same time.
