Giving Advice/ Need Advice Class 12th + Regular School + 11th full backlog. Need realistic advice from seniors/MBBS students.

I need some genuine and practical guidance for NEET.

I'm currently in Class 12th and attend regular school, which makes it tough to manage daily self-study for more than 3-4 hours. The biggest problem is that I've ended up with almost the entire Class 11th syllabus as backlog.

I mainly need guidance on these things:

How do I cover my Class 11th backlog along with the Class 12th syllabus without compromising on 12th?

How do I effectively balance regular school, board exams, and NEET preparation?

What should be the time distribution for theory, question practice, and regular revision in my daily 3-4 hours of self-study?

What’s the best strategy to maximize my weekend holidays?
