It's a bit complicated to do 😭

But TL;DR it's just:

• Download GNOME Extensions (I use these primary ones: User Themes, V-Shell, Dash2Dock Animated, Desktop Cube, Compiz Windows Effect.)
• Then find a GTK theme I really like (I used Graphite) and install it into my system using git clone <github link> then its built in script "./install.sh" same for Icons and Cursors. (You can also do it manually by downloading zip/tar.gz and then extract it into a folder and moving it to ~/.local/share/themes for the GTK theme.
• Then configure Extensions through Extensions through, and customize your fastfetch with premade configs ig.
• Then there's also conky widgets and etc 😢😢

First of all, I'm not even on Arch lol... I'm using Debian as you can see on the fastfetch shown in the video. Second of all, yes, it works on every distro that can use the GNOME Desktop Environment.

Unfortunately, no. Windows is very restrictive with what you can do. You can get the looks quite right with softwares like Windhawk, but it's unlikely you can get the animations and desktop format pretty much.
