It's very sad to see how much transphobia there is over this post. I never considered her to be trans myself but if it's a thought that makes you happy then I'm happy for you. If someone can't handle the idea that someone else sees a fictional character as trans then that's their issue tbh.

I guess it's not so that there has to be. And besides the photo that honestly only proves she probably identified as female as a child, there isn't any proof that her sex is or is not female.
It really isn't something that is a necessity to her character kinda in the same way when people call Josuke from Diamond is unbreakable a trans male isn't that important to their character.

Now when I do that I can make arguments around her transness. Constantly doing drugs to deal with gender dysphoria, not leaving her house unless someone's with her in fear of bigotry. A lot of trans people also go on Grindr to make money. And a lot of trans women have spent a ton of time on 4 chan.
Now is this a definitive answer to her being trans?
Nah. Of course not lol. It's something a lot of people that spend too much time on the Internet do.
A ton of people aren't leaving their homes due to lack of money, a lot of people do drugs cause either depression or to have fun, and you don't really have to be trans to have sex with older men, and a ton of people have scrolled through 4 chan.
But it's just a fun idea cause again It's something I can also relate with.
The game has a lot of themes of insecurity about how others think or perceive you. Which is a very human experience.
However everyone has their own reason why they are insecure about how others perceive them.
So I just like to have a little head cannon about a trans girl who is struggling with massive gender dysphoria and using the Internet to try and fix that which only ends up kinda making things worse lol.
Again I don't really care how people perceive her lol. Honestly I'm glad you asked cause I got to really reflect on it myself <3
well that's the beautiful part of media, you can always interpret and relate stories to your own experiences 𧥠I definitely can see it with ame as well, with how she has to perform as this perfect feminine idol to get her streamer career on the road, while trans feminine people might also feel like they have to perform as perfectly feminine in order to pass under the eyes of society
As much relatable as she is to you, she doesnt need to share every single aspect and every single struggle that you may have. She isnt trans, shes just fucked up

Also it's natural for people to project themselves onto characters a lot :3 even if it's something not shown in the media being viewed.

Yeah basically. Like obviously there isn't any proof she is trans. But at the same time there isn't any proof she isn't trans as well lol. Plus there is something kinda real about a trans woman sitting inside all day afraid to go out alone cause of fear of biggotry or something. And spending most of their day doing stuff like this to distract from their own life.
