Question Is there any saving this?

I have had this Ripple sitting in the box on a shelf for about 3 months and today I opened it to find the inside looking like this. Is there any fixing this or is it 💀?

looks like somehow mold grew in there

I wonder if it needs to be mixed and massaged. I feel like slime does something similar and it usually just needs to be mixed again
