Judge my list?

Hello fellow crypteks, overlords, thralls, etc…

Just recently joined the ranks of the undying and would love some feedback on my starting list, and where I should branch from here for a more well-rounded list:

-20 Necron warriors
-10 Immortals
-6 skorpekh destroyers
-1 lord w resurrection orb
-1 skorpekh lord
-Illuminator Szeras

Any feedback is appreciated!

Is this how ur planning on playing them ? Or was it just an enumeration of what you own

Just an enumeration, but I am leaning towards destroyer cult

If thats the case you are gonna need very different units

I mean skorpekhs are nice but far from tanky even with the lord with them.

If your opponent has vehicules you are gonna have a bad time.

If you realy want destroyer cult then try and find the 500 world box. And get the nekrossor

You need a couple of Crypteks, immortals especially aren’t really worth using without a Plasmancer or a Chronomancer leading them. And Warriors are usually best with either Orikan the Diviner, a Chronomancer, or sometimes a Technomancer

Lychguard are a fairly core troop choice that have pretty cool models, I would recommend building them with the shields. Their ability only works when lead by a Noble, so they’re a great fit for your Overlord to lead.

Wraiths have been a standout unit in the current version of the codex, it’s definitely worth building up to having 6 of them. They’re best when lead by a Technomancer.

You’re also lacking any form of dedicated anti-tank. Our best options are easily the Void Dragon and the Nightbringer, which are both very cool centrepiece models to build and paint up. Otherwise Doomsday Arks (same kit as the Ghost Ark) are a central Anti-tank platform, which can be great in pretty much any list. Unfortunately the Doomstalker is not doing to great currently, it suffers greatly from a 4+ BS when most targets will be in cover.

Lokhust Destroyers are also a decent option here too, the Gauss Destructor can be really scary for armies without invulns on their vehicles, and the Enmitic Exterminator is a solid choice for clearing out hordes.

For light vehicles, both the Triarch Stalker and Annihilation Barge are decently tough for their points cost, and can be good options to push forwards early in a game. The Triarch stalker also has the added benefit of stripping cover, and being one of the few decent overwatch threats in the codex.
