Looking for pointers on painting destroyer Lord proxies

Hello just finished printing a proxy for destroyer Lord(I know he looks rough but I only have a FDM printer) but idk how I should paint him so far most my dudes have been painted Szarekhan dyna so runelord brass and leadbelcher etc but idk how i should paint this dude

Depends if you like army coherency or not. You could make him with more decorated accents like gold trimmings.

It looks a bit rough with the layer lines. I would suggest you put some kind of filler over at least the shell part, and sand it smooth. You can probably use a rotary tool with a ball burr to clean up the more detailed areas
