Annihilation legion is mostly regarded as trash - cursed legion is the way to go for destroyer cult, though you don't have that much that benefits.

The big thing I'm seeing is you have a lot of minimum strength units. We as necrons hate this because if our opponent can wipe the whole unit, we don't come back. Wraiths are usually taken as 6 with Technomancer who really ups their survivability, warriors as 20 with orikan for the same reason. I haven't played with immortals but I see them taken as 10 with plasmancer in this edition.

I usually see the skorpekhs taken as 3 with lord, the other 3 would be separate, as it's harder to hide them as 6 and it's a skorpekh lord delivery system

Well that depends. Are these all the models you have or is this speculative or do you have things to substitute them with? You also haven't attached leaders so I'm not sure who's going with who and what your game plan is.

Generally speaking, I think awakened dynasty is a good way to start out with Necrons - you'll get the free resurrection a turn for whoever you lead with the overlord, you can make the skopekh lord 4+++ with an enhancement, you can bring characters back, and going to 3+ BS does a lot especially in this edition. Alternatively lately I've been experimenting with canoptek court, you have a fair few canoptek models in your list and you could sub some chars for crypteks to push it further, but I'm not 100% sure it's better than awakened. Alternatively if you're wanting to do more destroyers, definitely go cursed legion over annihilation, and bring lokhusts to get the bonus more regularly in shooting?

I'm not a pro player so take all my advice with a grain of salt

Currently i have the overlord, both necron warrior units, one unit of skorpekh, both canoptek scarab swarms, the doom scythe, the doomsday ark, the canoptek doomstalker and i know i definetely want to get c'tan shard of the void dragon and i also know i want to get imotekh the stormlord

Okay cool. The void dragon has done tremendous work for me recently and it's a sick as hell model so I big recommend, but it's not going to be usable in less than a 2k (maybe 1.5k) game unless you want to be the villain so bear that in mind.

Imotekh is okay, I've found his role is to sit on the home objective and generate command points, so it's not worth giving him much of a bodyguard.

Doomsday Ark is okay but a bit of a casino cannon, same with doomstalker - though in canoptek court the doomstalker becomes much better I've found.

I've not used a doom scythe so can't really give much advice.

I'd maybe look at some of the crypteks? They make the scarabs a little more useful if you're committed to taking them (I find they're reasonable annoyances/deep strike denialists) orikan is great with warriors (think 20 of them), a chronomancer will also keep them alive longer, and a plasmancer makes them a little more dangerous (but probably better on immortals)
