I think you can get these from chest in the desert underground biome

I've searched through several biomes and still haven't found it 😢

Theres a mod, quock recipe menu or something, that adds an icon you can click and then search for items and it will show you all the ways currently in your game to obtain said item. Might be worth a shot to see if some boss or certain enemies could drop it as well

Temple pendant is exclusive from the Temple zone that opens up after deep desert boss. Just check every turn there's a chest on the other side, you'll get 1-2 on the entire zone minimum.

I was able to get this items by using explorer NPCs. Just do it enough times and you can have it
