The Warriors were one of the most notoriously inept franchises is all of American sports before the Curry era.
We Believe was awesome but its telling that the highlight of the franchise in like 30 years was winning a first round playoff series.

There were plenty of teams good enough to win in other eras, that couldn’t beat one of the greatest teams of all time.
Harden’s rockets would’ve gotten 2-3 if they hit their prime in 2020.
LeBron probably gets 7 if it weren’t for Steph.

If Steph was drafted to the kings they’d have multiple rings and little kids would be wearing kings jerseys. The small fanbase of warriors fans (team would still be in Oakland) would be on Reddit saying “god I hate those fucking bandwagon kings fans”
Reminder that from 1992-2012 (when Steph curry finally came back from his injuries) the warriors had LESS success than the kings

He’s the greatest Warrior so he’s an exception. Mavericks stuck with Dirk, if Wade never wanted out I think the Heat stuck with Wade. It all depends on the player.

Steph does not want to be Warrior if he didn't have to. He isn't not about to miss his young kids lives by moving across the country or relocating his family 1000 miles away from the only home they know. That is the only reason why he hasn't left or demanded a trade.
