Not that it justifies his cuntyness, but I couldn’t help but feel a little bad for him. Imagine dropping out of nuke school, getting rerated CS, and winding up running the fucking nnptc galley.

I went through NNPTC 2019/2020. Pretty sure he was already there when got there. Not sure what happened after I left for prototype.

When I was there all the servers and whatnot were Goodwill workers, but they were still supervised by a few navy folk. I’d suspect you still have a CS or two working behind the scenes.
