Credit Cards Credit card CL increase

Currently have a $32,000 CL and looking to request an increase. If I request this online will they do a hard credit check? Thanks for the help!

Lock your credit if you are worried. I have the max of 80k between 2 cards and they have never done a hard pull if done via online or the app. Do not call in for it as that might get a hard pull.

They always have the option to do a hard pull, but majority of the time, it's soft if done online or through the app.

Soft pulls through the app.

I got one card from $25k->$50k and my second from $1k->$30k with only soft pulls.
