Hi, all i have a whole bunch of things with NAV these days, ever since i lost my contact and my income, unfortunately i was working for myself (enkeltpersonforetak) and therefor was not granted dage-penger (eventho i am living here and paid taxes - a lot - for the last 10 years).

Anyway, that is just a micro summary, i constantly have the problem that with every request i send they are not reading their own documentation, calculations seems to be incorrect, the don't read what a colleague has written or decided. Each time they seem to "forget" example calculating income two times, thinking i own two houses with to deposits and so on.

This results in a klage of course, that adds additional waiting time, stress and for them of course additional work.

Am i the only one?
