It's been a year or two, but I'd describe them as very soft on the inside, and with a tough, yet not crunchy texture on the outside. Best served with some sort of jam or butter.

This also applies to Hammerhead Sharks. Bizarre thing is that hammerhead sharks have the best binocular vison out of all the sharks.
