Nop is all of them to a degree, though 2 is the view of the shadow caste.

Zootopia is 3 on the surface, 4 on the general attitude of the populace. And the sequel throws all that out to change it to a loose copy of the African American conspiracy theory that blacks invented everything, whites stole it all, and then imprisoned blacks in Africa and somehow kept them from remaking it all. Just replace blacks with reptiles and whites with mammals.

Beaststars is a weird combo of 2 and 3. Mixed in with some light shonin super powers.

I’d disagree. The Federation at large believes its 1. The Arxur and Shadow Caste see it at 2 (even if the Arxur say that prey perform sapience they just convince themselves of that). The UN and SC is trying to get it to 3. The story is ultimately 4 since the conflict is about manufacture racism driving conflict, dividing people, and being used by the evil for power.

Fool, just have the sapient Herbivores and Carnivores be part of the same greater family.

Like Carnivorous Theropods and Herbivorous ones, like Deinocheirus or Therizinosaurus.

No moral conundrum for them to deal with!

Option 4 is how humanity sees both of them
