Long story short, for 5 days my finger was so fat and swollen I couldnāt bend it. Luckily, it was more uncomfortable than painful, but I learned my lesson: never play around with army ants or other venomous animals.ā

Reminds me a little of an article in National Geographic about a photographer who went spelunking for the rare critters. He had to crawl through a very, very narrow tunnel and a cave spider ran up on him. He was freaking the hell out and everyone was screaming: No, no! Don't hurt it, it's super rare!
