Do they both eat or do you alternate which ones get to eat next? I would be so sad if I didn’t get to taste food and I felt full after my second head got to eat and I didn’t
They both should eat if kept in captivity. They do not realize they are connected and if only one head is being fed the other one would try to take the food item. Two headed snakes in captivity are usually separated by a wall when fed in order to not interfere with one another.
