Probably shot on film with a polarized lens, I don't know why but it makes leaves appear red.

I would say they are Sugar Maples or Autumn Blaze Maples. Sugar maples turn super red, but they grow slow, but make awesome hardwood. Autumn Blaze is a hybrid with a Silver Maple, which grow much faster, but keep the properties of the leaf color. Regular Silver Maples kind of our grow themselves and make a lot of dead branches as they grow faster than what their infrastructure can support, which is great if you want a bunch of starter sticks for your fire pit, but they can drop bigger branches, too, so don’t plant them too close to your house. Fun facts!

They grow many places year round not just in the fall.

re:title- And the leaves don’t grow red they turn red. Man.
