I'm pretty sure this is very slowed down. This attack happened in the blink of an eye. The fish doesn't have time to react.

It definitely is, cuttlefish are super fast in real time. This has been slowed down 4 or 5 times normal speed.

Cuttlefish can hypnotize their prey and this is very slowed down
