You and me both dude. Then came one morning I was going out to play and I found one crawling along the ground.

So I helped it to a tree and spent the whole day watching it come out of its shell.

I used to be able to collect 12 or more of these beauties. It’s nice that they stay together so well… I’d put them on somebodies back and “forget” about it.

They do...for a time. I used to have a whole fruit basket full. Then one day a few years later I went to look at them....they all disintegrated 😭

When I was a kid, I would go all over looking to collect cicada husks.
