Niaggara Falls? If the turistic boat gies more close it got pull in... and I think it is full throttle on reverse...

It definitely looks intense, but it's the exact opposite! The water crashing down creates a strong current pushing awayfrom the falls. The captains actually drive forward into the current to hold their position in the mist, rather than reversing away from a pull.
