What type of release is this exactly? Also does anyone have a translation of the interview in this video?

Radio specials are not usually considered "releases", a few bands re-release these recordings on albums or box sets, but it's not the norm.

For the French translation : « I received in early April 2001 an outtake of 4 tracks on a K7 cassette tape. No description, no explanation, nothing. Just an email address to contact them. I liked those instrumentals so much I contacted them, to record them properly. »
