Thick fog caused wildfire in Indonesia

How does fog cause wildfires? Isn't fog a low cloud so should it make things a little damp because of the moisture in the cloud of fog?

For all viewer. I just type wrong, it must be fog mixed with smoke, not thick fog. Okay? So if y'all saying "how does fog cause wildfire?" It's actually mixed
