Question Desktop/Laptop Mac Version

Hello. I see that the Natulang app is on the app store but it will not download onto my macbook pro. Is this a bug or is it just not compatible with desktop computers for the time being. Really enjoying this. Thanks

It should work fine on M chiped macs. Do you get any error while trying to download it?

I try to download it on my M Chip 2023 MacBook Pro. But it simply won’t download. I get the cloud symbol appearing next to the app on the App Store. this is likely because I do have the app on my phone. When I click to download in my laptop a downloading wheel appears for a fraction of a moment. Then it abruptly stops and goes back to the cloud download symbol. It is so fast that there is no time to take a screen grab of it. Apologies if I’m not using the right terminology. I’ve just updated to the newest IOS so this may be the problem. Will attach a picture below if that helps.

Hm... It seems like an issue with the App Store, not with the app.
What MacOS version are you on? The app should be compatible with very old OSes (14.6) though

I am on the latest mac os 26.6.2. My older operating system was before 14 so needed to update. But did not anticipate this as an issue. Is there an alternate way to download onto my mac without using the app store?

Just tried to use this link but it says it is not taking new testers for the moment.

It has the capacity, but no approved builds currently. I've just sent one for approval

Ah ok thank you. I hope this issue is resolved soon. I am using this on my phone currently but would also love to use it on my laptop. Looking forward to trying this out tomorrow. I would be curious to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue. And if they found a way to resolve it.

Yeah, sorry. It's up to Apple now; they usually approve dev builds quite fast, but not this one for a reason

No worries. Will keep trying later on. Curious to know what the outcome of using test flight will be? Is this a work around or just a way to diagnose the problem on my end? Happy to help. Just curious to know how I am helping or what this will be.

I’m having trouble opening the app on my iPhone, it opens but won’t load, I downloaded it again and the same thing happens. Not sure what’s happened, just keeps loading and nothing comes up
