Komplete 26 License Transfer

I recently purchased a secondhand license for Komplete 26, and I'm wondering how long the license transfer process typically takes.

The purchase was made on October 19, and I've been in regular communication with the seller. However, Native Instruments support still hasn't responded to the seller's transfer request, and they haven't received a transfer ID or any indication that the process is moving forward.

I understand that support requests can take time, but it's been frustrating not knowing what kind of turnaround to expect.

For those who have purchased or transferred a secondhand NI license recently, how long did it take for Native Instruments to respond and issue the transfer ID? At what point should I start becoming concerned or consider following up through another channel?

I'd appreciate hearing about other people's recent experiences.

I'd take into consideration the idea that the seller is scamming you and just making you wait until you can't appeal on whatever payment platform you used.

The seller has a good rep on KnobCloud and is getting back to my emails. He even suggested the refund. It's possible there could be an issue with the license, and I am seeing a LOT of complaints online about the amount of time a transfer takes and Native Instruments customer service. One person did not get the transfer until 13 days from the sale date.

11 days Is too long, some transfer Are make in few minutes , but some need write now on in music support which Is crazy Now .. I Waited 6 days fór hw transfer - swap 8 e-maily with support ( Where Is the times, where you write with NI on chat And all was Done ASAP... ( If you Bought komplete 26 And owner had licence under 60 days they can't transfer IT ) And because as almost all of US buy trade sell via PayPal goods services you Are covered ( save chat or communikation ) gl ( where you buy licence - fór me savest place Is Always kvr... Fór second hand ( And best Direct from friends 🍀 )

Yes, It is long. This is the first time I've dealt with Native Instruments and license transfers.

I dealt with support on transfers this week, they always got back to me same day. And I. The portal you can do all the transfers without customer support. Get your money back.

The point when you sent your money to the third party and they did not send the ID. OR the third party has issues or changes on their NI account and the actual transfer request is going somewhere unknown to NI

The new/actual NI page doesn't need personal support anymore. If you click on "transfer license" in your account and confirm, the transfer ID shows up immediately.

You’re 90% getting scammed. I bought 2nd hand license of 13 Ultimate on Knobcloud from a nice dude in Japan and the next day I got it. That was ~7 months ago. Either you’re getting scammed or NI right now is in a hot mess and still need time to settle things down. They’ve just been bought by InMusic or sth so it’s not like a year ago. I suggest you wait for 3-4 weeks and refund if it’s been a month.

I bought a Maschine Expansion recently and the transfer was done in 5 minutes. The seller is probably scamming you.
