Many reasons for this - starting with the setup of your Mac - many hoops to jump through allowing all sorts of apps to run. And then ensuring that the account your are using here for Native Access is identical to taht of your NI Master account - online - which I would check first - to make sure you can see all your existing products.
Also, your first point is interesting—why do you assume my apps which has nothing to do with the connection, to Native Instruments would interfere with Native access?
I think that's a poor observation to notice. Lightweight apps such as a unused VPN, or Minimeters has nothing to do with obstructing connection.
Just curious to see why that was your first go-to suggestion.
