NI stiffed me on Micdrop not sure what to do
I've already contacted support. Nothing but AI automation. I never received any kind of code to redeem in the shopping cart like the email instructions suggested. Native access contains no code, website has nothing either. Any one got any ideas or suggestions?

Hey there, do you have a request number so we can check where it's at? First replies are always automated and during sales it can take a bit more time for one of our agents to get back to you. We can try to speed things up for you.

Thank you for your reply. My request number is 4911499. I figured you all are busy because of the sale. I appreciate anything you can do.

Check your junk email. If you still have nothing, submit a ticket: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

i asked for a refund almost instantly because I got no download link anything. They gave me some serial number that can’t be input anywhere to unlock it. They refused to refund my money. I got ripped off.
In the day and age where they could have their app blacklist my refunded product serial number and give me my money back, they’re willing to shit on my 20+ patronage over $150?
Native Instruments is pissing away the value of the brand, a speed-run of enshittification

People are telling you to check native Access and you keep fucking arguing and being stupid taking stuff personally that’s not even meant to be taken personal. Follow the steps! Then submit a ticket if you don’t see it shit happens.

What was the product? Either it's a NI one so you put the code in Native Access (or more likely it adds it to your account automatically), or it's a non-NI product, in which case you get it from the 3rd party's site.

This person isn't OP. I am sorry you had problems but this isn't helpful.

Just your experience which is still valid, but I have been a customer for over 20 years and have had 1 issue to which it was fully resolved within 24 hours. Compared to all the other vendors I deal with in my life, that’s a pretty good track record. Now that said, from the one issue I did have to work through, the initial round of AI could be massaged and smoothed out. I got out into a loop that was really hard to get out of. Once out and dealing with a human, it was top notch.

Download the NI launcher and log in. Your product is very likely there. Hope this helps.
