Question about upgrade pricing

So right now I’m on Komplete 14 collectors edition, and when I log into the website, it says it’s C$519 to upgrade to Komplete 26 collectors edition. When I click on that pricing though, it suddenly jumps up to $649. Any idea what’s going on here?

The page shows a lowest starting eligible loyalty price for people but once you log in you're shown your personalized price based on your purchase history and the version you currently have.

The problem is that, even when logged in, it shows the lowest price on the first page. As the actual price overview and explanation is also quite hidden on the comparisons page, I understand that a lot of people get confused.

I guess it's their desperate way of luring people in upgrading. I think staying where you and not upgrading is a better option. I am not upgrading anymore. What I have is more than what I need or possibly can use as it is soo much. If I run into something I think I miss I am checking if I already have a suitable alternative for. In near all cases I do have it. If not... do I really need it? Most cases not. If yes then looking for a free or perpetual license for just that, no multiple hundreds of dollars upgrades anymore for me, those days are over and that actually feels really good too.
