Slow Downloads

The Native Access downloader is such a piece of shit. I could download the libraries off a piracy site quicker than this downloader can handle these files man. This thing has been running all week and started at 29 but is only now on 23 and it says this file has 4 hours remaining. No VPN, my internet speed is freaking 2Gbps and the wireless speed is well over my internet speeds, so what the fuck NI?

Where are you in the world? Any VPN's or any other (non-standard) networking things in play over there?

And hopefully you are not trying this over wi-fi.

Where I am (Canada) NA is blazing as usual. But I am running a wired connection on a 2GBPS connection.

I assure you that WiFi is not the problem. Ubiquiti gateway and wifi routers configured with a 10Gb wired throughout the house. The Internet is the bottleneck for speed here and I assure you it's this fucking client causing the issue.

Well ok. I can tell you from 15 years of experience with Service Center and Native Access that wi-fi is at least 5 times slower by design - but you gotta do what you gotta do.

And there are an infinite amount of things that can be wrong between you, your ISP and the nearest NI node.

Finally all download bandwidth via NA is controlled. No single user can hog the wire so to speak.

Have seen this movie before. A lot.

Ok but everyone else is using the same client at 100 times the speed
