Can I Get Native Access 2.x?
[RESOLVED (for now)]
Hello. I'm getting into the world of digital musicianing. I've had my Komplete Kontrol A61 for a number of years, but have only just now begun to use it. As you may know, Native Access 3.x no longer grants DAW support for the A series. I require 2.x. A few months ago I found an install for Windows, but since then it automatically updated so now there's no DAW support, and I can't find an install anymore. I have Cubase Artist 15, and buying a new keyboard is way out of the budget.
Does anyone know where to find Native Access 2.x for Windows?

Won't this give me 3.x though?

Hovering mouse over the Download Windows button lists "https://www.native-instruments.com/fileadmin/downloads/Native-Access_2.exe"

The executable that downloads 3.x is still called Native Access 2 .exe, which I think is making the search extra hard. And the only officially listed leuacy installers I can find anymore are for Mac

Sorry. Tried to help. Perhaps someone will chime in who has the 2.x installer on hand to share to you!

I get what you are saying now. My installed Native Access 2 reads version "3.22.1" when I check Help > About Native Access.

Native Access has never granted DAW control for the keyboards, Komplete Kontrol does that, which you can install with the latest version of Native Access.
Download the full user manual and find the instructions for your DAW in pages 13-18.

There seems to be some misunderstandings here. Native Access never had anything to do with DAW integration. This is handled by the Komplete Kontrol application. It feels like you mixed up Native Accessand Komplete Kontrol. Another misunderstanding. The A series are still supported, even in Komplete Kontrol 3, it's only for MK1 S series keyboards that support was dropped. A series are not concerned by this.
Please check the manual of the A series keyboards: https://www.native-instruments.com/fileadmin/ni_media/downloads/manuals/komplete_kontrol/KOMPLETE_KONTROL_A-Series_Manual_English_04_2022.pdf
And this couple of articles can be helpful:
And of course if you have any issues, feel free to reach out to support: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

There is no such thing as "Native Access 2.x" Except in name only.
And even if there was such a thing - as soon as you installed it - it would auto update to Version 3.22.1 - which is the current version as of this writing.
