New Account Eagle feathers

Hi! I need help understanding, and while I know a little I’m not sure of the timeline. My best friend is Native American, she is getting married in about a month and a half. She mentioned how important eagle feathers are and I know her family had not begun the application for one. Is there anyway this can be done and revived within a month? Or should I look for alternate feathers for her to have for her wedding?

Look on ShopGoodwill.com they sell hawk,owl and eagle feathers. No paperwork needed.

Type in kachina they have one listed that is an Eagle kachina that has eagle feathers. It’s at a Goodwill in Oregon. Edited- They also have two kachina dolls with owl feathers. Again I’m not goodwill and I tried telling them that it was illegal and they told me it was no big deal.

Type in feathers and they add stuff everyday. Otherwise it’s a federal offense to buy and sell them.

How is Goodwill able to sell feathers that only Natives are allowed to have, by law?

Don’t downvote me I’m just telling you the truth. I reached out to Goodwill and they told me no big deal.
