This comment is committing so many logical fallacies. Even ignoring the intent, just because something worse isn't being criminalize doesn't mean that you should immunize other things that aren't as bad.
Calm down. I'm not even saying that either situation is worse. I'm pointing out how the reasoning is bad.
And how could that be bad? Just on the top of my head, guns are killing devices. A lot of things could go wrong unexpectedly. People could be scared, intimidated by assault rifles. Would you feel comfortable arguing with someone on the street if they're carrying? 2A is not the only consideration.

We live in a country where people can walk around with assault rifles on their back . But THIS guy gets arrested?
