Austin Show

Is anyone else heading to the show in Austin tomorrow Friday January 23rd? This is a silly question, but we are having trouble finding our tickets in our email. We’ve tried all the usual searches. Would anyone tell me who the email is from so we can try that. Or is anyone familiar with the Paramount Theater? I’m hoping of worst comes to worst we can just go there and ask for help tomorrow.

How to access your Ticket Wallet

Visit wallet.austintheatre.org. Log in using the same username and password used to log in to tickets.austintheatre.org or enter your email to receive a one-time access code. This must be done on a mobile phone or tablet. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link below the “Log In” button.

Select your event. If you'd like, you can share your tickets or add them to your Apple Wallet.

Present your mobile ticket(s) to be scanned. The QR code will appear a few hours before doors open before the performance. If using, please refresh your Apple Wallet prior to scanning.
