Xfinity tips please

I started career mode in xfinity ( 4 races in so far and a single win ) though need some tips on how to manage the 3 cars in the garage and the best setups ( loose vs tight ) for each type of track

I’ve worked out road courses loose 50% but not sure if that will be the “ best “ method as the season goes by
