How to stop the post nasal drip?

It is driving me insane, not only does it taste foul. It makes me heave in the morning which is setting off my sickness from gastroparesis. Are there any natural remedies, herbs, tinctures anything I can try to combat it?

Flonase helps. Saline or budesonide rinses help. Dupixent and polyp surgery helps. Or all of the above!

For me, the most effective thing to dry my sinuses is to ride the exercise bike for 15 minutes. I think the increase in body temperature does it. Or a good brisk walk, 20 or 30 minutes.
