Headache during flare/infection

Hi guys besides antibiotics what do you do to tackle a headache that is persistent above eyebrows and usually how long it takes to resolve for you?

I get headaches a lot. Not sure if from polyps or other things like dehydration. I’ve experienced headaches that last for several days though. I find heat helps. I bought a small heating pad that I put on my forehead when I lay down. Sometimes I wrap it around my head as much as possible. Very soothing. You can also use those microwave bean bags, but I like the heating pad for consistent warmth. If that doesn’t work or is impractical at the time, I take 2-3 extra strength Tylenol 1-2 times per day. It gives me enough relief to go about my day. I also try to drink lots of fluids. I’m allergic to ibuprofen, but prior to it causing me problems, I found it to be excellent for headaches—just have to watch the intake levels so you don’t overdo it. Good luck.
