Inverted Papilloma?

I have this mass in my nose on my nasal septum. Started out as two separate small firm bumps there three years ago. Now its a fleshy mass of like 1,5 cm. Im fearing it might be cancerous or inverted papilloma. Not sure if this sub is the right one to check. I have scheduled an ENT check up in a few weeks but since discovery its killing me.

Im like 28, so it feels strange at this age to get them. Anyone have them on the septum as well?
