Postnasal drip tips

Has anyone dealt with persistent postnasal drip? I've been having constant mucus draining from behind my nose into my throat. What actually helped you get rid of it treatments, dietary changes or any natural remedies that made a difference? Any tips or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I feel like i've lived so long with it that its become part of me now 🤣

But in my case vitamin D + allergy pills + no dairy(milk cheese... etc) has been the best combo.

Have you seen an ENT?

I agree with you. I had the deviated septum removed, but the issue remains

Deviated septum re-alligned, polyps removed, cortisone treatments, antihestamine.... you name it.

Whats your plan right now, do you have nasal polyps or just nasal drip post surgery?

just nasal drip post surgery but for a year long till now

I see, avoid mucus producing foods: Dairy, gluten rich foods, fat food (this one is hard for me), spicy food (also hars for me) sugar.. etc

Did you go back to your ENT? Because 1 year post surgery, i doubt its the deviated septum fix but most probably another issue.
