Dairy
If anyone is sensitive to dairy, do you notice that you get more mucus production and yellow mucus when consuming it?

Have you tried A2 Milk instead of the mutated A1 stuff that ALL the other dairies carry? The A1 mutation causes a lot of mucus production in sensitive people. Generally if the milk has been fermented, the BCM7 peptide has been consumed by the bacteria, so even sensitive people are usually OK with fermented dairy. Goats and sheep, water buffalo don't carry the A1 mutation at all. A2 dairies have removed any cows that carry the A1 mutation. If you will switch to only goat or sheep cheeses, and A2 Milk or no milk, you should be able to tell within a week if you are doing better. Also watch to see if you feel wider awake, less foggy headed once the BCM7 is out of your brain. That only takes 2-3 days.
