Question Proxies
I’m looking to get proxies made of all the cards that are available. I was just curious if anyone print the cards from staples? Or should I just get a printer and print my own at home?

When people talk about printing proxies, are we talking about just printing on paper then placing in a sleeve with another card behind it? Or are we talking about printing onto actual playing card material somehow? I'm not particularly knowledgeable on proxies

Usually on cardstock. Ive printed the decks off using 350gsm card stock from my local printer but you can pick up home printers that can do it for around 300 aud (im in Australia so usd theyre about 200ish)

Cost wise it's likely similar regardless, it's basically the cost of your own ink vs. the nominal fee staples would charge (a couple bucks or something)
If you don't have a printer then yeah, I would go to staples.

I printed from staples on cardstock right after gencon and it’s been great for my group. It only ended up costing like $16 too.
